Camille Kennard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Health and Wellness Coach is best be described as a “Self-Care specialist.” After spending over ten years working in healthcare witnessing caregiver burnout, chronic medical conditions, and the general impact of mental and physical illness, she began her own coaching and counseling practice, “Flourish Wellness Consulting.” Camille’s focus is on empowering people to overcome the obstacles to making their health a priority. Camille believes that well-being begins in the mind. She shares her journey of weight release, overcoming negative body image, and learning to enjoy exercise, healthy eating, and meditation practice.
