This course is a meant to create a complete life, self image, and body change. It’s designed to take 8-10 months, depending on how diligent you are in watching and doing the weekly classes and exercises. It will change your WHOLE paradigm of your body and the way you experience it. Plan on doing the exercises from this course for about a year. Remember, you’ve taken your whole life to create the body you have, it will take time to change it. That’s good. It will be permanent when you take the time. You’ll start to see and feel changes from the beginning, and they will be big, but let the full shift and process happen by completing the course and doing all the work.
Have you ever wondered about these bodies of ours? How come they are so hard to understand and take care of sometimes? Why don’t they just do everything we want them to do? Why do they seem to be difficut to manage and keep healthy? What is their highest purpose and how do we tap into that purpose and those lessons? What do we need to understand on a functioning level to begin to relate to the body and understand the needs our bodies have?
The course, Body Elevations, is about the highest purposes of the body and the ways we can use the body to connect and ascend into our greatest potential. The body is a gift to teach us and bring us enlightenment. Do you use it that way?
Seeking to bring the body into alignment with the Spirit helps us elevate the body into a state of health and wellbeing.
It’s important to realize that what we do with our body is one of the ways to see how we are managing the responsibilities we’ve been given of creation in this world. The ability to respond to the needs of the elements (body) we have stewardship over is a gift and a privilege.
Our bodies are a whole world of cells, tissues, organs, and systems that we have ultimate creative power over. They are an opportunity for us to learn how to be god’s of our own small universe. It’s important to understand how to manage this world, so we can manage our other creations also.
Join us in learning more than why we have this intricate and powerful tool, but also how to use it to become your best self, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and intellectually.
Course Instruction and Links: Each Lesson in the Body Elevations Course is to last one week. The videos for that week are to be watched once at the beginning of the week. Then each week you will get new R&R and Imaging recordings, which are to be done each day (moring prefeably) during that week.
