One or two imaging exercises for each Class are given to go with each week and topic. You can choose one or do them all. It’s up to you. Doing more will only bring you into alignment faster.
The best way to do imaging, if it is foundational imaging, is to be done for 3 weeks straight and then take a week off. Blue vase is foundational. You are to sit in a chair with a straight back and arms, if possible, with your legs uncrossed and your hands on each arm rest. The imaging is only meant to take a few minutes. 3-5 min. at the most. You can do this imaging on your own from the PDF that is included in this course at the end of the Lesson Tab if you like instead of listening to the recordings.
There are also R&R audios that are to be listened to once a day. The R&R is to be listened to once, while paying attention to it and repeating the words through out the recording, after that you can use it to fall asleep and not worry about following it. Do each R&R recording for one week minimum. There is also a PDF of each R&R that is recorded. Idealy you can read the R&R onto a phone recorder and play it back, adding your own R&R to it.
The meditations are there for you to do when you like and as you have time. You can also use these to fall asleep to if you like.
