One of the most amazing things about the 7 Elevations courses is that they all contain and have linked to them the daily tools to make the teachings part of you.

 

 

We are not just talking about learning some cool facts for you to spout to your friends and neighbors so your ego can feel superior to everyone. We’re talking real change inside your mind and heart to bring you closer to the real you that you want to bring forward.

Everyone knows what meditation is. And guided meditations are really amazing. But R&R and Imaging are different. For one, they are usually shorter, direct, and they have different levels of engagement.

R&R is based in the technique of Remove & Replace. For us to ascend one thing MUST happen. The old thinking, believing, feeling and acting patterns must be removed. These are the blocks that stop us from feeling God’s love that is ALWAYS already present. It’s only our thoughts, ideas, perceptions and beliefs that stop us from experiencing Him moment by moment.

 

 

The R&R is a tool to remove these blocks and replace the old pattern with the truths about God, ourselves and the world around us. They are based in the courses that are taught.

Each one of the R&R scripts is carefully recorded so that you can listen to it when it’s convenient for you. That can be first thing in the morning, during the day while you’re working, or when you go to bed. It really doesn’t matter. The first time you listen we recommend that you really try and listen to the words of the recording. You may or may not understand everything, but don’t worry, your subconscious does.

From then you can listen and forget about it. Just let it play in the background. Allow it to become part of your daily passage of time, knowing that you are re-programing your mind with truth, light and love.

 

 

As you do this your mind becomes less afraid of change and the ideas that you learn and want to pick up in your life.

Without the fear playing constantly in your mind, you have more power to actually choose differently and more completely. When you get to the. point where you really want to fully make the shift into a new mind, it will be easy.

From this point all the universe is at your disposal. Nothing really stands in our way of knowing God, but us! If you use our time, resources and mind to clear the path to full accountability, owning that you are making the choices that are showing up in your life, you will be able to make the choice to have different experiences and a different life. This is TRUE ascension.
